Villa One is a single family rental unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and features an open concept dining and living area with open kitchen bar seating. The large living areas have vaulted, beamed ceilings with ceiling fans for comfortable summer air movement. Kitchens have dark-wood soft-close cabinetry with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms are fully tiled and have dark-wood cabinets and granite counter tops. The Villas is built with fire-resistant exterior siding and roofing, and are extremely energy efficient.
